1. Compare the brightness. Put the acrylic board close to the same number of modules, and then slowly lift it a short distance to see if the brightness of the lamp beads can meet your requirements. Of course, it is more direct to put the module directly in. The higher the brightness, the higher the requirements for the lamp beads, and the cost is relatively high. Low brightness can be used in a pure indoor environment, but if it is a window LED transparent screen or an LED glass curtain wall screen, a high-brightness LED transparent screen is required.

2. When looking at the brightness, pay attention to whether the lamp beads emit light evenly. When observing the white light, be sure to pay attention to whether there is color difference (this is very important) - if you cover it with a thin piece of white paper, you may not be able to observe it, so you need to use acrylic of a certain thickness. Whether there is color difference is the most important link in distinguishing good from bad, and it is also one of the main reasons for the price difference of LED transparent screens.

3. Wire identification. High-quality wires are UL certified. It is unreliable to follow the instructions of the LED transparent screen manufacturer, so the most direct way is to peel off the outer skin and count the number of wire cores inside! 15-core, 17-core, 19-core or even 20-core, 30-core modules should not be worse than 14-core, 11-core modules, and vice versa.

4. Lamp bead temperature. After lighting for a period of time, touch the LED lamp bead with your hand. The temperature is very high or even hot, and it is definitely not as stable as the low temperature.

5. Solder point quality. Full solder joints prove good welding technology, high brightness proves good welding; the serious problem is cold welding, which is prone to poor contact and troublesome later maintenance.

6. LED transparent screen lamp paste method: There are currently two ways to make LED transparent screens, one is positive light and the other is side light. Although the side light has higher transparency, the lamp bead packaging technology needs to be tested by the market, while the positive light lamp beads use traditional LED display lamp beads, which have been tested by the market and have stable quality.

7. PCB board thickness. If the positive light PCB board is thicker, it will affect the transparency of the LED transparent screen.
